ISIS threatens to behead Obama, make America Muslim nation: Reports

Washington: In a grisly propaganda video, the Islamic State (ISIS) has threatened to behead US President Barack Obama in the White House while also saying that they will transform America into a Muslim country.

“This is the fate of anyone who opposes Islam. Know, oh Obama, that we will reach America. Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and transform America into a Muslim province,” the IS member said in the video – translated by the Memri Jihad and Terrorism Threat Monitor.

In the footage, entitled 'Bombardment of Peaceful Muslims in the City of Mosul', a masked Islamic State fighter threatened attacks on the US, France, Belgium and the Kurds before decapitating a Kurdish soldier.

The IS fighter also claimed that the group's followers will be carrying out terror strikes in European countries, detonating car bombs and explosives, that are part of the US-led coalition fighting against it and will kill Americans and Kurds.

Reports of threats to President Obama by ISIS was carried by several prestigious international news websites and tabloids including The Independent, Fox News and Daily Mail.
