New social media trend – Naming and shaming worst plane passengers

New Delhi: People who frequently fly often meet passengers who may be irksome or who have some terrible manners. Their behaviour often leaves fellow passengers and the airline staff uncomfortable and disconcerted.

Now, according to a report, a new social media trend has emerges and that is passenger shaming.

It involves naming and shaming terrible plane passengers from across the world.

This is how it works - Flight attendants and travellers take the photos of the so-called bad travellers and then send them to various social networking sites like the Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

The report said that according to the data revealed that the biggest problems which came to light on social media were usually related to passengers invading personal space, carrying pets, and walking around barefoot.

Bad toilet manners is also something that has irritated people to no end.

Amongst many photos doing the rounds, one apparently shows a man sleeping shirtless, while another is of a man who fell asleep with his hands inside his pants.
