But on Saturday (January 8), CP bore an eerie silence, thanks to a weekend curfew imposed to curb the spread of Covid-19.

Bengaluru's first weekend curfew of 2022 came to force from Friday, January 7, 10 pm. In some parts of the city, children made use of the empty roads - which are usually packed with traffic and crowd - to enjoy a game of cricket.
