Duvvada Jagannadham box office report: Allu Arjun starrer starts off on a great note!

New Delhi: South superstar Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde's Telugu outing 'Duvvada Jagannadham' or 'DJ' released yesterday and has shown a great start at the box office reportedly. The film has received a warm response from fans and even special premiere shows in the US have got a great opening, as per reports.

According to IANS, the film has grossed Rs 33 crore on its opening day worldwide, its makers said on Saturday. "This is one of the biggest openings for Allu Arjun. With Monday being a holiday, the film is expected to register good four-day weekend numbers," read the statement.

'DJ' is helmed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The music is composed by famous Devi Sri Prasad. The film has some high-octane action and is sure to click with Allu fans. The film opened in theaters on June 23, 2017.
