Australia`s Coulter-Nile to miss Zimbabwe tour

Paceman Nathan Coulter-Nile is set to miss Australia`s upcoming limited overs tri-series in Zimbabwe as he recovers from a hamstring injury.

Sydney: Paceman Nathan Coulter-Nile is set to miss Australia`s upcoming limited overs tri-series in Zimbabwe as he recovers from a hamstring injury.
Coulter-Nile underwent surgery on Tuesday and team physiotherapist Alex Kountouris said he was not likely to be ready in time for the matches against South Africa and Zimbabwe. "Nathan has had a recurring left hamstring tendon injury over the past four months and required surgery to repair the damaged tendon to give it the best chance of recovery," he told cricket.Com.Au "Nathan will now commence a rehabilitation programme, however he is unlikely to be bowling again in time to be available for the ODI tri-series in Zimbabwe." Opening batsman David Warner is already sitting out the four one-dayers in Harare in August and September -- two each against South Africa and Zimbabwe -- as well as a potential final. Warner pulled out citing a draining playing schedule and the expected birth of his first child.
