New Delhi: The Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) is likely to host five Ranji Trophy matches this season, instead of the planned four.

The fifth match in question may be the one against Rajasthan XI, which was initially not included in the Ranji Trophy fixtures.

All the matches are likely to be held in Feroz Shah Kotla unlike the last season, which saw Roshanara club hosting three matches.

Delhi are clubbed in Group B alongwith Saurashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Odisha, Maharashtra, Vidarbha and Punjab.

The team will start their campaign against Saurashtra on December 7.
