New York, May 31: Adam Lambert, the controversial American Idol runner-up who was the favourite to win will reportedly come out of the closet about his sexuality in next month`s edition of Rolling Stone`s magazine. Lambert, who has never addressed the rumours about him being gay despite the publication of pictures showing him kissing men, has decided to come out in the open about his homosexuality now that the show is over, reported New York Post.
"He didn`t want it to be an issue during the contest, but he`s fine with his sexuality," a source in the magazine told the newspaper. Lambert had lost out the title to 23-year-old Kris Allen despite being tipped to win, with the Internet being abuzz with reports that it was his sexuality that turned the voters against him. The 24-year-old singer who captivated audiences with his husky voice had famously answered "keep speculating", when asked whether he was gay or not. A representative for Rolling Stone says, "We don`t comment on future covers," when asked to verify the story. Bureau Report
