Marriage inspired Mariah Carey`s new album

Los Angeles: Marital bliss has inspired pop diva Mariah Carey to come up with a new album.The singer believes that her marriage to actor Nick Cannon has given a new perspective to her life, inspiring her songs.

The emotional bond and love that the couple share is reflected in the songs that she has penned for her forthcoming album `Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel`, reported MTV.com. "Everything changes when you`re in love. We have a connection that I`ve never experienced before. So that`s amazing and it`s something that I can`t even really put into words," said the `Hero` hitmaker. "So everything that I do when I go into the studio,I mean, there are songs that are directly about our relationship. They come from the place where I`m at right now with him," added Carey. The superstar married rapper-turned-presenter Nick Cannon in 2008 in a secret ceremony in Hawaii after a whirlwind romance last year. Bureau Report
