New Delhi: If a list of best fielders in cricket of all time is to be made, Jonty Rhodes' name would unarguably be at the top.
The South African didn't have the best of batting or bowling skills but was still one of the most feared opponents because of his fielding. Batsmen would think twice before running between the wickets if the ball is anywhere near Rhodes' territory.
One of the best moments of Jonty's career would be the famous 'Superman' run-out against Pakistan at the 1992 World Cup, with Inzamam-ul-Haq becoming the victim of an out of the world fielding effort from the Proteas.
