England World T20 squad

There has been a marked improvement in England's limited-over cricket team after Trevor Bayliss took over. They have batted with aggression, chasing down big totals in multiple games.

ECB has picked an exciting squad for the tournament in India, with leading scorers in domestic competitions featuring prominently in it.

Eoin Morgan's side is full of impact players in the form of Jason Roy, James Vince and Alex Hales.

Skipper Morgan is the most experienced player in the English side. The left-hander's experience of playing in the IPL will hold him in good stead at the tournament.

The emergence of Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler as a game-changing all-rounder and destructive wicketkeeper-batsman respectively makes England a dangerous team in this format.

With no Stuart Broad and James Anderson, Steven Finn will have to raise his game with the new ball.

How the Three Lions fare in the tournament will depend greatly on what Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid can conjure up with the ball on spin-friendly tracks.

While few are willing to bet on England, there is no doubt this young side boasts of the requisite firepower to upset the apple cart.
