WATCH: How Team India was welcomed by hotel staff after win over New Zealand

New Delhi: India on Monday registered a comprehensive win over New Zealand in the 1st Test at Green Park, Kanpur.

Led by superlative performances by Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja, Virat Kohli's men eased to a 197-run triumph.

The 1st Test at Kanpur was also India's 500th in whites. To mark this special occasion, the BCCI executed several initiatives before and during the game.

After the Test was wrapped up, Kohli and co had another surprise in store for them at the team hotel.

As soon as the players entered the lobby, this is how they were welcomed by the hotel staff, which even included the chefs.
