New Delhi: As expected, Indian spinners dominated Day 3 of the ongoing Test between India and New Zealand.

After defying Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja on Day 2, the Kiwi batsmen failed to do so on Saturday.

While the left-arm spinner picked up five scalps, the offie bagged four.

Among Ashwin's victims was New Zealand captain Kane Williamson.

The Tamil Nadu spinner bowled a magical delivery to send the reliable right-hander back in the hut.

Ashwin produced the goods in the 56th over, at a time when the visitors were in a solid position at 170/3.

The wicket of Williamson turned the game on its head and handed India an advantage in the Test.
