New Delhi: The Indian dressing room at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore has found a new name. It is now known as the Rahul Dravid Dressing Room. It was a fitting way by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to give tribute to former cricket legend.

India will play South Africa in the 2nd ODI on Wednesday in Indore. India, who have got off to a poor start in the series against South Africa, will hope the new dressing room having the maestro's name could bring them some much-needed luck.

The BCCI posted a photo on their Twitter handle of the dressing room named after Dravid.

Dravid made his Test debut for India in 1996 at Lord's and retired in 2013 scoring over 23,000 international runs with 48 centuries (36 in Tests, 12 in ODIs). He played 164 Tests, 344 ODIs.

Indore has been a happy hunting ground for the Indians and only three ODIs have been played here. The stadium hosted its first ever ODI match in 2006 against England. Dravid had scored 69 runs in that game.
