Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad, the new IPL outfit, is not happy about the IPL governing body’s decision to keep Sri Lankan players out of the matches to be played in Chennai. The two Sri Lankan players in Sunrisers Hyderabad are Kumar Sangakkara, also the captain of the side, and Thisara Perera. In an interview to an English news channel the team’s chief coach Tom Moody said that they are not particularly happy with the decision. He went on to say that both Lankan players in their team are world class performers and they would like the two to play in every single match. The governing council of the Indian Premier League had last week decided to keep Sri Lankan players out of Chennai in view of the opposition from Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
