Indian Premier League 9: RCB's Yuzvendra Chahal reveals secret of Virat Kohli's phenomenal success

New Delhi: While Virat Kohli's form has been the most talked about topic on the internet lately, the question in everybody's mind is – what's the secret to his unmatchable consistency?

Kohli, who was batting with stitches in his left hand against Kings XI Punjab, fought the pain to slam his fourth ton of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016.

When asked about the secret to his phenomenal success, Royal Challengers Bangalore spinner Yuzvendra Chahal said, "He is working on his fitness and spends lot of time in the gym, and also in nets. After the batting, he bats on the centre wicket to practise hitting sixes. He has worked hard and hence he has made over 400 runs this IPL."

Several records tumbled at the Chinnaswamy stadium on Wednesday, during Kohli's blistering 113-run knock.

While Kohli became the only player to slam four centuries in one IPL season, he also went past Suresh Raina to become the highest run-scorer in the tournament.
