KXIP co-owner Preity Zinta opens up on her alleged 'affairs' with Yuvraj Singh, Brett Lee

New Delhi: Preity Zinta's presence at Kings XI Punjab games always delights cricket fans.

The energy and passion exuded by the ever-smiling actress has been a constant feature of the IPL coverage during KXIP matches.

During the initial years of the IPL, Preity's closeness to star left-hander and then skipper of the side Yuvraj Singh was reported on a daily basis.

Later as Yuvraj moved to play for other teams, Zinta was linked up with Australian pacer Brett Lee.

While the two cricketers never clarified on the matter, Zinta always dismissed such reports as false and baseless.

However, the 41-year-old, who recently tied the knot with American national Gene Goodenough, opened up about her alleged affairs with Yuvi and Binga.

“I am a private person. I am amazed when I see so much being written about my life, without being confirmed by me. It has stopped bothering me, but there are a few things which I have taken to heart. When I was linked with Yuvraj Singh and Brett Lee – I will never forget that. They are my brothers. And I have decided to personally visit Lee and Yuvi on Raksha Bandhan and tie rakhis to them,” Preity was quoted in a indiatvnews.com report.

Preity also stated that she intends to give the Punjab batsman a special wedding gift.

Preity said, “Do you know the wedding date? I am asking because I need to have a special shaadi present for him – a box of rakhis (laughs). I am happy that he is getting hitched. We share a great bond. He was a part of our team and has seen the ups and downs.”

Preity on Monday was seen at Mohali cheering for her team against Mumbai Indians.

KXIP are struggling at the moment and are likely to miss out on a play-off spot yet again.

Yuvi on the other hand is recovering from an injury and is expected to feature in the SRH line-up on May 6.
