New Delhi: Delhi Daredevils' IPL campaign suffered a huge blow as they were beaten by MS Dhoni's Rising Pune Supergiants.

That's it. Match 49 was called off and RPS were declared winners by 19 runs via D/L method.

Shami was handed the ball by Zaheer. Some big hits by Rahane in that over. A six and a four. It's raining again. Players are off the field.

Mishra continued. Brilliant over from the leg-spinner, conceding just 2 runs. He is the key for DD now.

Coulter-Nile bowled the first over after the powerplay. Good comeback from the Australian pacer after an expensive first over. Just 2 came off it.

Morris continued. After a good start, the South African conceded two fours towards the end of his over. One off a free-hit and another thanks to a glorious back foot punch through cover by Rahane.

Zaheer continued. Solid comeback from the DD skipper after being hit for three fours in previous over. Just 1 run came off his third.

Morris into the attack. Khawaja sliced the fourth ball straight to backward point. Yet again, the Aussie failed to capitalize on his start.

Zaheer continued. Khawaja attacked the left-arm pacer in that over. Three glorious boundaries added to the Australian's account.

Coulter-Nile bowled the second. Khawaja clipped the second delivery off his pads to the backward square leg boundary for his first four. Rahane capped off the over with a hit over the covers for another boundary.

Zaheer Khan opened the DD attack. The left-arm pacer hit the right lengths and offered no room to RPS openers.

Perera bowled the final over of DD innings. The visitors finished with 121/6.

Dinda bowled the penultimate over. Duminy scooped the second ball straight into the hands of Pathan at short fine leg. Morrris hit the fifth ball over point for a much-needed boundary.

Zampa bowled his final over. The leg-spinner capped off his spell with a fine over. He has been the main man for MS here.

Zampa continued. The leg-spinner got his third wicket, as he trapped Nair lbw. DD in trouble.

Ashwin bowled the 12th. The off-spinner started off with a tidy over. Just three runs came off it.

Pathan continued. Nair pulled the second ball to the square leg boundary for a four.

Adam Zampa bowled the tenth. The leg-spinner had Samson stumped off his last ball with a classic delivery. Superb stuff from the Aussie.

Pathan continued. Nair rolled his wrists and pulled the fourth ball in front of square leg for a four.

Perera continued. The right-armer followed up his first over with another tidy one. The DD batsmen have found it hard to score off the Sri Lankan. Just two came off that over.

Irfan Pathan was handed the ball by MS Dhoni. The left-arm pacer kept the pressure on DD batsmen with a tight first over. Just 2 came off it.

Perera into the attack. Solid start from the Sri Lanka all-round. Just three came off his first over.


Over 5 | Score 25/2

Dinda continued. After being smoked for back-to-back fours by Nair, Dinda made a fine comeback with the wicket of Iyer.The right-hander failed to control his pull shot and was caught by Khawaja at deep square leg.

Chahar continued. The debutant conceded two boundaries in that over. One came from the bat of Iyer, other scored by Nair.
