Ant and Dec can’t bear to stay apart

London, June 11: British television’s top comedy duo Ant and Dec have confessed they cannot remain at bay from each other off screen.The presenters on many high-profile shows, including I`m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and Britain’s Got Talent revealed the longest duration of their separation had been for a two-week holiday since they met in the 80s.

McPartlin said they resorted to phone calls and texts even if they are apart. “The most Dec and I have ever been apart since we’ve known one another is probably about two weeks. That’s when we go on our individual holidays,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying. “Even then we text each other if there is anything on the news, or news about Newcastle United,” he added. And the two, who live near each other, even resembled a married couple when they had their share of tiffs. Ant said: “We have had a couple of arguments. But they only last a night.” Dec cheekily added: “We kiss and make up. That’s the best bit of breaking up... the making up.” ANI
