Canberra: Barely four days after a hectic series against the West Indies, India begin their tour of Australia with a two-day warm-up game against CA Chairman`s XI on Thursday. The hectic schedule and the long journey from India has taken its toll on the players, which was evident from the tweets posted by a few members of the team. One of them was from Delhi boy Virat Kohli, who tweeted about his 13-hour long tiring journey from Chennai. “Jet lagged and tired. Attending sir donald bradmans oration! Practice game tommorow! Its building up! :),” he wrote. Pace spearhead Zaheer Khan, too, shared his compatriot’s views, saying, “Getting over jet lag, slept for 10hrs straight :) ...first practice game starts tomorrow ....attending sir Donald Bradman`s oration ...” Interestingly, both the players were attending Sir Donald Bradman Oration at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra, wherein Rahul Dravid urged the ICC to cut down the number of ODIs to avoid the demise of the game of cricket.
