New Delhi: Veteran Pakistani cricketer Younis Khan, who led the national team to its only World T20 title in 2009, on Monday remained unsold on the first day of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Players' Draft.

However, Islamabad United included Pakistan Test skipper Misbah ul-Haq in their franchise.

The 41-year-old will also lead the side in the inaugural edition of the PSL, scheduled to be held in Dubai and Sharjah from February 4.

Pakistan's T20 skipper and big-hitter of the cricket ball Shahid Afridi was bagged by Peshawar Zalmi franchise, while Karachi Kings' roped in Shoaib Malik.

Among the international players, Australian all-rounder, Shane Watson, was picked by Islamabad United as their marquee player, while Kevin Pietersen is set to play for Quetta Gladiators.

Explosive West Indian batsman Chirs Gayle will play for Lahore Qalandars, whose head coach is Paddy Upton.
