New Delhi: Virat Kohli was in for a surprise when he faced Pakistan's pacer Mohammad Irfan for the first time a couple of years back.
Considering the left-armer's height, there was plenty of anxiety in the Indian camp about the giant bowler.
The Indian team management however did not consider Irfan as a great threat and relayed this message to Kohli.
However, things didn't turn out to be so easy for the right-hander on the pitch. The Delhi lad was taken aback by Irfan's consistent pace and accuracy, especially since he wasn't provided proper inputs before hand.
Kohli then shared this incident with Irfan and confessed to pulling up the team manager for the misleading information.
