New Delhi: AB de Villiers was at his brutal best on Sunday, as South Africa crushed England by nine wickets in the 2nd T20I in Johannesburg.
Chasing a target of 172, the Saffers got there in the 15th over. The South African openers were in fine form, De Villiers scoring 71 off 29 balls and Hashim Amla remaining unbeaten on 69.
AB's innings included 6 boundaries and an equal number of sixes.
The 32-year-old scored his fifty in just 21 balls, the fastest by a South African.
Interestingly, the New Wanderers stadium was the venue of de Villiers' fastest ODI century as well.
