London: Gareth Bale, who is regarded as one of world`s best player, has claimed his team Tottenham Hotspurs is a better club than their traditional North-London rivals Arsenal.
Bale said he believes the balance of power in North London has shifted massively and that his Tottenham side is now stronger than the Gunners.
Bale added he thinks five or 10 years ago Arsenal were always miles ahead of Tottenham, but that has changed in recent years, adding over the past few seasons they have closed that gap and he thinks now they have overtaken them on the pitch.
Bale said he thinks they have the stronger squad, adding, hopefully they can continue to do that as a club off the pitch as well, with the new stadium that is being built.
The Welsh international further added on the pitch and as a team now they are a lot more consistent and as a club they moving in the right direction, adding Arsenal may say they are still ahead of them, but whatever people`s opinion is, he doesn`t think anyone can deny they are up there fighting with them on merit now.
