89'- Ivory Coast should have scored. They had 2 on 2. Yaya's heavy touch squandered that chance.
86'- Salpingidis gets behind the defensive and sends a ball across the face of the goal. Nobody gets a touch. That was a brilliant ball.
85'- Ivory Coast on the counter with Kalou bursting forward has two players to his right. His pass is cut out and cleared for a corner. That was a good chance for CIV.
83'- Lazaros comes close with the keeper diving to his right. The ball goes wide off the post with the keeper not having to make a save.

43'- This was the first goal scored by Greece at this World Cup. It may be enough send them though.
42'- Tiote was caught in possession inside the Ivory Coast half. Samaras was unselfish as he passed the ball to Samaris who slotted the ball coolly inside the back of the net.
40'- Kalou with some fancy footwork in the box. He has his marker beaten and manages to square it for his teammates in the middle. Defense clears in time.

Greek legend Giorgos Karagounis will earn his 138th cap. He has not been given a start by the head coach so far. A win for Ivory Coast will secure their place in the Round of 16. Things are a bit more complicated for Greece, as even a win does not assure them qualification as other results will determine their progress.
Ivory Coast will hope, their key players like Toure and Gervinho will hit form and deliver the goods, taking them through to the next round. This match is bound to be one of the most exciting matches in this World Cup.
