Ponte Vedra: Rahil Gangjee finished the season with a birdie, but he carded a six-over 76 in the final round to finish tied 55th in the Winn-Dixie Jacksonville Open golf tournament.
Gangjee, who ended with a total of 12-over 292, never found his rhythm in the final round, which was full of errors. He had five bogeys, two double bogeys and just three birdies yesterday.
Gangjee finished 85th on the Money List in his rookie year and will miss the Nationwide Tour Championships next week.
Daniel Chopra is lying 24th on the Money List and one place ahead of Bill Hurley III, who finished 55th this week. Australian Gavin Coles found his way back to the PGA Tour by winning the title with a final round of one-over 71 in windy conditions.
It was his first win of the year and it moved him to 15th on the Money List as the top-25 earn PGA Tour cards next year.
It was Coles` fifth Nationwide win and he beat Jonas Blixt on a tough scoring day at Dye`s Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass.
Coles` two-shot lead going into the final round proved crucial. He returns to the PGA Tour for the fifth time.
Blixt, with his runner-up finish, moved up to fifth spot on the Money List and will advance to the PGA Tour for the first time.
