He has done his job and his team, his fans should be extremely proud of his effort. Marco Fabian took a freekick from the right flank which neatly landed over Peralta who did the rest. Mexico are cruising to their first Olympic gold! 75th minute: GOOOAAALLL! Mexico are now leading by 2-0. Brilliant header by O. Peralta, he is weaving magic in the crucial match for his side. 69th minute; Mexicans are denied a second goal as Oribe Peralta shot is off-side. 64th minute: The Mexicans have given away the opportunity to take a 2-0 lead. They won’t get a much easier opportunity to score. They just had to target the goal post, Marco Fabian failed as he hit the bar.
