Montreal: Red Bull driver Daniil Kvyat believes achieving two points at the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix is the best he could have done given the under-powered cars they were driving.
"Two championship points is the best we could have achieved. The team did a good job but we obviously have to improve in many areas including the power unit,” the 21-year-old said.
The Russian said it was a tough 70 lap race at the street circuit, adding that with great difficulty they had managed to keep two Mercedes powered cars behind them for sometime.
“It was a tough race because the Mercedes powered cars had a clear advantage over us, but we managed to keep two of them behind us which is the maximum we could have done.”
