Kolkata: Western Railway emerged champions
in the 50th All India Railway Aquatic Championship which
concluded here today.
Praveen Tokas of Western Railway hogged the limelight in
the four-day meet, bagging four golds and one bronze medal.
Eastern Railway maintained their supremacy in water polo,
winning the event for the ninth time in the last 11 years, a
release said.
About 250 swimmers took part from 10 zonal railways in
the meet held at Eastern Railway swimming pool in Behala.
