Sachin Tendulkar gifted BMWs to India's Rio Olympic heroes, PV Sindhu, Sakshi Malik, Dipa Karmakar and Pullela Gopichand.

New Delhi: Shobhaa De's love affair with the Rio Olympics is just not coming to an end.

Earlier De had criticized India's Olympics contingent's performance at Rio Olympics, which witnessed a severe backlash, not just from the fans but also from several celebrities including Virender Sehwag and Abhinav Bindra.

Recently, Sachin Tendulkar had gifted BMWs to India's Rio Olympic heroes, PV Sindhu, Sakshi Malik, Dipa Karmakar and Pullela Gopichand.

Shobhaa saw this as a mere advertising campaign for BMW and launched a scathing attack on twitter.
