Unstoppable Nadal rushes into quarter-finals

Paris: Defending champion Rafael Nadal stormed into the quarter-finals of the French Open as he demolished Juan Monaco 6-2 6-0 6-0. Monaco was leading 2-1 in the first set but could do nothing much as the Spaniard went on to win the remaining 17 games. Nadal will now face the 12th seed, Nicolas Almagro, for a place in the semi-finals. Nadal is undefeated on Court Suzanne Lenglen since his French Open debut in 2005 and is likely to become the first man to win seven Roland Garros titles.
