Paris: American twins Bob and Mike Bryan defeated Michael Llodra and Nicolas Mahut of France to clinch their second French Open men’s doubles title on Saturday. The top-ranked pair won 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (4). The local favourite Llodra and Mahut were looking to become the first French pair since Yannick Noah and Henri Leconte in 1984 to win the doubles title at Roland Garros. “It’s great winning slams with your brother. Just we really wanted to win another French. It’s been 10 years. This is the first one we won back in the day and kind of launched our career,” Mike said after the match. This is their 14th major doubles title.
