They misused public money and still the number could not exceed 50-60 thousand," Modi said."Nitish and Lalu know that the people of Bihar want a change. There was no excitement in yesterday`s rally. People have made up their mind for change. All the parties in the alliance will fight the election and we will be successful in Bihar," he said.In the wake of the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, the grand alliance of the JD (U), the RJD and the Congress had organized the `Swabhiman Rally` at Patna`s Gandhi Maidan on Sunday.The alliance leaders led a centralised attack on Prime Minister Modi`s policies and the Centre in their respective speeches. 

NDA allies to announce Bihar seat sharing soon
