APCC to launch postcard campaign over bifurcation promises

 Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Saturday said it would launch a postcard campaign from February 6 over Centre and state government's "failure" to fulfil the promises given before the bifurcation of state in June last year.
