The FIFA World Cup football fever has gripped India, as 49 per cent of the countrymen supporting hosts Brazil, while Argentina skipper Lionel Messi voted the "hottest footballer of the season", according to a recent survey report released here on Thursday.
All the four goals were scored in the second half. One of the goals was scored by German striker Miroslav Klose, who now has 15 goals in World Cup, equaling Ronaldo’s record as the top scorer. Andre Ayew and A Gyan scored for Ghana. Earlier, Gotze had opened the score for the Germans.
Having already bettered his last World Cup with a nerve-easing first goal in Argentina`s opener, Lionel Messi should lead his countrymen to an easy win against unheralded Iran in Belo Horizonte on Saturday.
