New Delhi: Popular Indian sitcom 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', which re-revolutionised comedy in 2004, is reportedly all set to make a comeback. It is being said that the show will not be telecast on TV. Instead, it is likely to return as a web series on a digital platform.
According to a DNA report, originally attributed to a tabloid, the shooting will begin at the end of this month and it will be streamed in May this year. The report further stated that a few new characters will be introduced as the program will take a leap of seven years.
Originally, 'Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai' featured Satish Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Ganguly and Rajesh Kumar in prominent roles. Eventually, it gained a cult following.
