Bombay HC seeks explanation from Maharashtra govt over early release of Sanjay Dutt
Hearing a public interest litigation, Bombay High Court has sought explanation from Maharashtra government over early release of actor Sanjay Dutt in 1993 bomb blast case. Dutt was released in February 2017, eight months earlier to his release date on grounds of 'good behaviour'.
