Reversing the trial court judgement, the Delhi High Court today convicted Congress leader Sajjan Kumar for criminal conspiracy, promoting acts against communal harmony in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case. The Congress leader has been sentenced to life. The court has asked him to surrender by December 31.
