Passenger safety should be given priority: M Raghavaiah

Presenting his maiden Rail Budget in Lok Sabha on Tuesday, Union Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda announced 58 new trains. However, M Raghavaiah, General Secretary, National Federation of Indian Railwaymen said passenger safety should be given priority and there was no mention in the budget about fire safety measures.
