1. The Organizer is: Zee Media Corporation Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, with registered office at 14th Floor, 'A' Wing, Marathon Futurex N M Joshi Marg, Lower Parel Mumbai- 400013, Maharashtra.

2. The Contest titled Zee 24 TAAS Super Sale (“Contest”) shall be live on the Organizer’s Channel Zee 24 Taas on a daily basis from November 1st 2020 up to November 22, 2020. The Contest shall be open to residents of India aged 18 years of age and above (“Participant”). The Contest period maybe reduced/extended at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

3. For Participants: By participating in the Contest, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s Privacy Policy available at https://zeenews.india.com/marathi, form a legally binding Agreement between the Participant and the Organizer.

4. For Participating Retail Outlets: By agreeing to nominate your retail outlet as a Participating Retail Outlet for the Contest, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s Privacy Policy available at https://zeenews.india.com/marathi, form a legally binding Agreement between the Participating Retail Outlet and the Organizer.

5. By signing-up for the Contest, the Participant/Participating Retail Outlet affirms to have reviewed and understood these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

6. The basic requirements of the Contest are as under:

Upon making a minimum purchase of INR 1000/- and above from any of the retail outlets (“Participating Retail Outlets”) detailed in Annexure I of this Terms & Conditions document, the Participant shall become eligible to enter the Contest. The list of the Participating Retail Outlets may be added or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and the Organizer disclaims any responsibility towards any loss or damage or otherwise any inconvenience caused to any Participant or Participating Retail Outlet resulting from such change.

   2. Participant shall be required to make a video of herself/himself answering the following two questions:

2. I love Zee 24 TAAS because……………………………………

and send the recorded video to the organizer via a whatsapp number.

1. 3. Participant warrants that the entries as submitted are original works, and in no manner infringe on any third party’s intellectual or privacy rights. Participant keeps the Organizer fully indemnified against any third-party action or claim arising out of infringement of any such third party intellectual or privacy rights.

   4. By submission of entry, Participant gives complete right to the Organizer throughout the World to use the Participant’s work in any manner as deemed fit by the Organizer. By submission of entry(s), the Participant hereby waives all rights in the Works as submitted.

7. The Organizer reserves its sole right to select the Winner of the Day as well as the Bumper Prize Winners as per internal selection process, and the Participating Retail Outlet waives any right to participate or in any manner cooperate with the Organizer in the Winner selection process, but agrees to provide any reasonable assistance (if so) required by the Organizer. Declaration of Winners by the Organizer shall be final and the Participants and/or the Participating Retail Outlets hereby waive all rights to object or question such decision of the Organizer.

8. The Contest shall have the following Winner categories and prizes :

The Prizes are as mentioned above, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. The Daily Winners during the Contest shall be announced and notified on Zee 24 TAAS of the Organizer on each day basis during the Contest Period. The three Bumper Prize Winners shall be announced at the commencement of the Contest i.e., on November 22, 2020, and the names of the Winners shall be announced and notified post that.

8. The Winners shall be contacted within 48 hours of the respective announcements by the Organizer. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two (2) days of notification by e-mail, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.

8. The Organizer will inform the winner about the prize collection procedure.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these terms and conditions without notice. The updated terms and conditions shall be available on zee24taas.com and shall become effective from the date they have been uploaded on the website _______________.

8. The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

8. Any personal data of the Participants will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy _______________ and at all times in accordance with the applicable Data Privacy Laws.

8. Organizer shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
