Freida’s spokesperson denies reports of her marriage with Dev Patel

Freida Pinto, who took the world by storm owing to her scintillating performance in the multi Oscar award winner film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, has denied reports of her marriage with her co-star Dev Patel. Her spokesperson made it clear that there is no such wedding and the news of her marriage with Dev is purely a gossip. Speculations of her marriage arose when the two were spotted enquiring about a wedding cake.

New Delhi: Freida Pinto, who took the world by storm owing to her scintillating performance in the multi Oscar award winner film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, has denied reports of her marriage with her co-star Dev Patel. Her spokesperson made it clear that there is no such wedding and the news of her marriage with Dev is purely a gossip. It was reported earlier that the two were spotted enquiring about a wedding cake, which they wanted to be flown down to India. It was believed that the cake was ordered for their wedding. However, Freida’s representative has an altogether different version. Speaking to a news daily, Freida`s commentator Divya Tejuja said, “These rumours are complete rubbish and baseless. There is not even an ounce of truth in it.” Freida and Dev Patel got familiar with each other in 2008 on the sets of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ and started dating some time later.
