Lomdon: Fashionista Victoria Beckham`s penchant for killer heels has finally caught up with her as she will now have to undergo an urgent surgery to remove the bunions caused due to her impractical footwear.Years of wearing six-inch stilettos have taken their painful toll on the 35-year-old former `Spice Girl`.

`Posh Spice` has tried putting ice on her feet and daily exercises in a desperate bid to avoid having the operations advised by her doctors but to no avail, reported Daily Mail online. "Victoria is in agony with her misshapen feet. She is suffering from shooting pain from the bunions. She is worried about having the operation because she fears they will compromise her ability to wear heels and ruin her stylish look," said a source close to the fashion designer. The waif-thin star, whose high-end fashion range counts supermodel Elle Macpherson among its fans, loves shoes by designers such as Christian Louboutin, which cost upto 1000 pounds per pair. But despite the obvious negative affects, the wife of footballer David Beckham continues to insist she will not resort to flat shoes. "I beyond hate ballerina flats. I can`t walk in them. Unless they`re on a ballet dancer doing ballet, I just don`t get it. I love heels," she had said in a recent interview. PTI
