Washington, June 03: Mariah Carey and her hubby Nick Cannon are apparently tired of the endless speculation surrounding their house hunt in Los Angeles. The two, who were reported to have bought a number of houses by gossip websites, blogs and tabloids, have insisted that the rumours are not true.
They have also promised to reveal their new mystery mansion when renovations are complete.
“We’ve bought seven new homes in the past week... They’ve (websites and tabloids) got pictures of houses that ain’t ours,” Contactmusic quoted Cannon as saying.
“We got a crib in Los Angeles and when it`s done, we (will) do what we do - the photoshoots,” he said.
Despite Cannon’s claims that the couple have bought none of the homes they’ve been linked to, insiders insist the pop pair plans to move into actress Farrah Fawcett’s former mansion in Bel Air.
The couple also reportedly put in an offer to buy one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious homes, the Saperstein Estate in Holmby Hills, in March.
