Dannii Minogue felt she’d die after her ‘appendix burst’

Melbourne: Dannii Minogue has revealed that she feared the ultimate consequences while running through a series of health problems.

Minogue, 39, who battled a burst appendix and a thyroid condition at the same time, revealed that she was in such extreme pain after her appendix burst that she rang her doctor and begged to be admitted to hospital. “It was Easter weekend in London and I was scrunched up in a tiny ball from the pain,” the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying. “I rang the doctor and I said, ‘If you don’t get me into the hospital room now, I will die’. “I mean the pain was ... so beyond anything. “I still didn’t know what it was at that stage but I just said to him, ‘I am going to die of the pain’,” she added.
