Imran keen to bury hatchet with Ranbir!

Mumbai: At a time when Imran Khan is on a professional high, thanks to his mamu jaan Aamir for giving him ‘Delhi Belly’, the chocolate boy is looking forward to mend his estranged relationship with his competitor-cum-friend Ranbir Kapoor. While talking to a tabloid, junior Khan denied having any sort of animosity with junior RK and said, “Everything is fine between the two of us. He just messaged me last week saying that he saw the song `DK Bose` and he is waiting to watch the film. We’re still friends!” Imran believes that it is the media that is cooking stories of their alleged enmity and that they are thick friends. He said, “I am not blind to the stories that come out. When such stories surface, I just pick up the phone and call him. He in turn messages me to clarify things. Certain people around you will always try to poison your mind.” The ‘Break Ke Baad’ star and RK often end up texting each other to clarify in case wrong news is doing rounds. “This can be rather dangerous. When the first story about the two of us fighting was printed, Ranbir called me to clarify. There must’ve been people around him doing all this. I never blamed him for it,” he added. Good that the two good looking young stars of B-Town are going strong as friends but as they say there is no smoke without fire, there must be some truth to your differences with Kapoor. What say?
