Cheryl Cole ‘to sell her £3.5m mansion she shared with Ashley’

London: Cheryl Cole is selling her 3.5-million-pound mansion she shared with her estranged hubby Ashley Cole.

The property will go on the market as soon as her divorce comes through. The 27-year-old will move away from Surrey and hopes to find a place near West London to make it easier for work commitments. Cheryl also wants to be near Heathrow Airport so she can jet to LA to see her close pal Derek Hough, 25. The Geordie and 29-year-old Chelsea star Cole bought the historic property - used during World War II to house Canadian troops preparing for the D-Day landings - in October 2007. "Cheryl is selling up. She`s already looking for a new home, but it will be a lot smaller than what she has now. She doesn``t need a huge estate,” the Sun quoted a source as saying. "She wants to be closer to London but stay near to Heathrow Airport to make travelling abroad easier," the source added. ANI
