The Channel 5 star will also have her legal bill – estimated at 100,000 pounds – paid by News International. Her action was one of the lead cases in the News of the World scandal. The parties had agreed to settle their differences and an injunction was granted against further hacking, the Daily Express reported. Kelly Hoppen, the actress’s stepmother accepted the cash in compensation for “misuse of private information and breach of confidence”. ANI
