London: British singer Alexandra Burke says she does not like to follow any strict diet regime. The `Hallelujah` singer admits that she blatantly eats whatever she likes to, hardly bothering about all the extra flab that it brings along with it.
Burke is size 10 but she still eats freely whatever tastes good to her taste buds, Contactmusic reported. "I`ve attempted diets for about a day but then I eat
what I want again. I just don`t believe in full-on dieting because it doesn`t work," Burke said.
The 21-year-old singer insists that her dance rehearsals make up for her exercise routine.
"I haven`t been to the gym since last year but my dance rehearsals keep me fit. And I try to eat in moderation - little and often. I love food - full stop," she added.
Burke also said that she does not find her figure attractive.
"My thighs are too big. I have to pull dresses over my head and I can still get upset about that, but it`s how I`m built," the singer said.
But at the same time, `Bad Boys` hitmaker is really proud for having inspired others to dance like her.
"A lot of people tweeted me and said, `Alex, you`ve inspired me to start dancing again,` so if I can help at least one person live their dreams then that`s a goal achieved,"
said Burke.
