Ranbir throws a surprise birthday party for Nargis!

Mumbai: ‘Rockstar’ actress Nargis Fakhri was taken by a surprise when Ranbir Kapoor celebrated her birthday 20,000 feet above the ground. Apparently, Ranbir Kapoor threw a mid-air birthday party for his ‘Rockstar’ co-star while the duo was travelling to Nagpur. The whole aircraft turned into a big party hall as Ranbir had elaborate plans for the birthday girl. Talking to a daily, a source said, “Everyone knew it was her birthday and at Mumbai airport she was wished but she had no inkling of the mid-air drama.” Interestingly, Nargis had no inkling that Ranbir had already carted her favourite chocolate cake and other goodies on their flight. An unsuspecting Nargis was touched by the surprise bash, where Ranbir, producer Hiren Gandhi and singer Mohit Chauhan sang ‘Happy Birthday’. When enquired, Nargis confirmed the news and said, “I was overwhelmed and emotional while cutting the cake! It was great of Ranbir.”
