London: David Beckham appears to be all set to snub a multi-million pound move to France and stay in Los Angeles for the sake of his kids.
Paris St Germain, who were bought by oil-rich Qataris in the summer, are desperate to lure Beckham with a four million pounds 18-month deal. But, Beckham insisted that he is not in a rush to make a decision and Galaxy have offered him a year-long extension to his current deal, which expires in December, The Sun reports.
"I had a good relationship with Leonardo when I was in Milan. I`m flattered he wants me to join him and the team in Paris. But I`m a Galaxy player, I live in Los Angeles, I am happy there,” the paper quoted him, as saying.
"My family is my No 1 priority. They come first and where they are happy is where I stay, it`s that simple. My children go to school in LA and have done for five years. They are at the age where stability is important, so we`ll see. I always said I will wait until the end of the season, see how I feel physically and then decide. There is no urgency on my part,” he added.
The Manchester United legend is being tracked by QPR and Sven Goran Eriksson`s Leicester, as well as clubs in Brazil and the Middle East.
