Drew Barrymore is happy being imperfect

Drew Barrymore is glad she isn`t perfect because she feels her flaws have made her a stronger person.

London: Actress Drew Barrymore is glad she isn`t perfect because she feels her flaws have made her a stronger person.
The actress, who has been in rehab three times and has had two short-lived marriages, doesn`t worry about the "low points" in her life.
"The low points I had all helped make up my character, so I probably wouldn`t want to do away with them because I like being flawed and I like having them help me grow and change and become better and stronger," femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying. Barrymore refuses to blame her troubled parents - John and Jaid Barrymore - who divorced when the actress was young and later died due to their addiction problems - for anything that went wrong in her life, including her first stint in rehab when she was just 15. "You can`t live your life blaming your failures on your parents and what they did or didn`t do for you. You`re dealt the cards that you`re dealt. I realised it was a waste of time to be angry at my parents and feel sorry for myself," she said. IANS
